Requirement
  • RASE is defined as a logical structure for knowledge
  • Document is defined as a body of knowledge
  • A section/objective is defined as containing other sections/objectives and phrases/metrics.
  • A phrase/metric is defined not containing any sections/objectives nor phrases/metrics.
Example Comparing two bodies of knowledge leads to a logical outcome:
'true' meaning pass or proceed
'unknown' meaning undecided or further knowledge is needed
'false' meaning fail or revision needed
